Hey I'm trying to lose weight?
I currently weigh 200 lbs. and I'm 5'7" I wear a size 12-14 jeans and a 46DD bra size. This is where most of my weight is but,my stomach is a little pudgy and I wanna shed some pounds. I have a hard time finding blouses and tops because I'm top heavy and if I go to a plus size store it fits around my breast and not anywhere else because it looks too big or loose. And when you wear clothes that are too big it makes you look bigger than what your really are. Anyway whats the most effective way to do this? Are their any diet supplements I should try. I would like to lose at least 25 pounds before May. Also after then I will go further if needed. Thanks guys! BTW Im 25 years old if that helps.
