Is a 32C bra size too big for a 13 y/o?

Alrighty, well for a little awhile I thought I was a 34B, but I went to Victoria Secret to get measured and turns out I'm 32C. :P I have one bra size thats 34C and no wonder it feels much, much better.
But I've been looking around stores for my real size which is 32C, and I'm guessing its one of those sizes where its hard to find?

This is going to sound shallow so please read down - How to make myself attractive to guys?
I'm 15, going into gr. 10 and I have never had a boyfriend or been kissed. First of all I just want to say that I am not desperate for either of those things to happen super soon but I would like some advice. I'll give you guys a short physical and personality description first before I explain more.
Physical: I have medium/long (top of my boobs) dark brown hair and brown eyes with gold flecks. I have a pretty pale complexion (although not ghostly) full red lips, quite good skin (rarely get pimples, although I have genetic under eye circles that make me look a little tired sometimes) I am 5'6 and quite thin (33-24.5-34, size 0 in jeans) and I dance 12 hours a week so I am in good shape. I wear a 32c bra so I don't have huge boobs but not tiny and my butt isn't big but it's curvy and toned (nt flat)
Personality: I am pretty outgoing, and I'm not in the "popular group" at school I hAve a large group of friends and I am not disliked by the popular group. I am creative and I love art and I'm decent at sports (good at some, bad at others). Im a straight a student, top of our grade and on all the honor rolls (although I'm not a kiss up) i am a bit sarcastic and I always have a witty comeback.
Basically, guys just don't seem to be attracted to me in the same way they are a lot of girls and I know why but it's hard. All the guys just think I'm "too smart" and don't think of me as a dateable girl at all. They all go for the pretty blond ditzy girls who are failing half their classes!
